Shipping Policy

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, it immediately begins processing and cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return your order upon receiving it, please contact our support team to initiate the return process. Once the return is processed, we can issue a refund.

Priority + Insured Shipping:

Customers who choose Priority + Insured shipping can opt for either a reshipment or a refund if their order is lost during transit. For orders shipped with "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing," we will reship lost packages.

Lost/Missing Packages:

Akarin is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before placing your order. In cases where we make an error, we will cover the cost of the original order.

Customs:

Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred once items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 7-15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7-15 business days
  • Central & South America: 15-20 business days
  • Asia: 7-15 business days
  • Africa: 15-30 business days

Please note, these estimates do not include our 2-3 day processing time. Shipping times may also be affected by clearance and customs delays.

Tracking Information:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please be aware that with some shipping methods, tracking information may not be immediately available. If your tracking information shows "No Information Available," it may take 2-5 business days for updates to appear in the system.
